Many of us experience a mid-life crisis at some point in our middle years. Often it occurs after we realize that we may well be half way though our lives.
A way of life has been well established.
What has it meant and what lies ahead?
The word crisis may be an exaggeration. Nevertheless it can be a crucial time of self-reflection and self-evaluation. A hard look may be taken at what has already been and what is wanted for the future. There are choices to be made. Should life go on as usual? Perhaps it has been really a good life and just needs to go on. Or are changes needed to craft a more fulfilling life to come?
If changes are needed, which ones?
And how to make them? And what will be their effects on other people?
